The Mexican Riviera would be a fun venue for an event, but the TRG Team was actually there for the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) World Education Congress (WEC23). WEC is considered the expert event for event experts. The theme of this year’s conference was “Refresh!” and the meeting agenda and location for the event reflected this mindset. There were blocks of downtime to network, visit the vendor Marketplace to connect with suppliers and time just to reflect on the lessons learned and how to improve our personal and professional lives. One of our favorite sessions was the sunrise meditation on the beach led by the keynote speaker from the previous day – Pauline Nguyen, The Spiritual Entrepreneur.
TRG continues to focus on the latest and greatest event tools, technology, engagement activities and professional development for our team so we can provide our clients with the best events possible. The goal for WEC 23 was to reinvigorate and revitalize our skillset, leaving us feeling good about what we do. They succeeded!
