SCA ALM 2014 at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN was an amazing event with a full schedule. SCA teammates arrived on a Thursday to check-in, gather together and kick-off the event. Everyone assembled Thursday afternoon for the first general session. The first night wrapped up with a casual networking event.
Friday was a full day of general session and breakout sessions. Friday evening was a fun-filled event featuring video skits performed by teammates across the country and hosted by a team of four who entertained the crowd with live skits. TRG was responsible for the overall production of the entire event including stage management and show flow for skit night.
Saturday was another busy day, starting with a special military tribute honoring 12 currently serving and retired service men and women who are also teammates for SCA. The day continued with general session and breakout sessions for attendees. In the middle of the afternoon though, everyone took a break from normal sessions to come together for a community service activity.
SCA brought in the non-profit organization, Stop Hunger Now, which provides meals to families and children in need all around the world. Working with Stop Hunger Now, SCA teammates packaged over 75,000 meals!
Saturday evening concluded with a special Night of Honor where SCA recognized and awarded teammates who went above and beyond in their day to day activities by living the company values. Teammates then enjoyed a fun after-party to wrap up the event.
TRG and SCA have already jumped into planning for the 2015 Annual Leadership Meeting!
