As a business there is a constant focus on revenue and profit margins. Success is based on increased growth and an improved bottom line. While TRG has experienced tremendous growth in 2018 and all the traditional aspects of success in business, we look at more than just the numbers.
TRG purposely uses the word Partner in our name. We value the incredible relationships we have built with our clients as well as the contractors we work with. It is the relationships we have built over years of working together that allow us to understand and anticipate the needs of our clients. Our goals are based on strengthening the partnership and not solely on the bottom line.
We are so proud of the fact that many of our clients have been with us in one form or another for more than 5 years, some more than 10 years. Many of our new partnerships spring from individuals who have worked with us for years and have moved on to a new company and come back to us again and again.
As we near the end of 2018 and set our focus on 2019 we are so incredibly thankful for all our partnerships, our teammates and our clients.
