In November 2022, the TRG team traveled to Houston, TX for the NVA North American General Practice
Meeting (NAGP) at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
With over 1500 attendees spread out across four hotels, TRG partnered with and managed Show Flow for
the three-day event. Our services included content and production of general session, special events
and awards ceremonies, as well as a Jenga of rooms in the Convention Center – including custom maps
with room assignments and diagrams. TRG provided production and direction for the General Session
Mainstage, eleven breakout sessions, eight group dinners and 32 divisional breakout sessions!
After two years of planning and multiple site visits, the three-day event kicked off with a Carnival
themed welcome reception including games, food and even a petting zoo. TRG provided an opening video
filmed around the United States and Canada, capped off by a Houston/NASA themed entrance featuring
NVA executives.
The general session took place in the main arena ‘in the round’ with seating and projection on three
sides. Facilities that excelled in mentorship, culture, operational innovation, client experience
and consumer insight were spotlighted with videos. TRG filmed through our virtual studio. Breakout
sessions focused on transformation, future growth, and building the NVA culture.
The event ended with NVA’s awards ceremony which featured a recap video created on-site by a team of
TRG candid camera operators and editor. TRG created post-production videos of all content for
distribution.
