A few months ago, Meeting Planners International published an article titled “Why AV in Event Planning is a Priority Over Food Service,” and we agree completely!

Approximately 65% of the population are visual learners (http://www.phschool.com).   This means that as your attendees are listening to your presenters and watching their slides advance at a rapid rate, they may not be absorbing all the information.   A graphic recorder provides a different way to visualize your meeting content.

After a full day of General Session and breakouts, attendees are ready to relax and mingle. Evenings are a great time to spark networking, team building, and continue to enforce company values through fun and entertainment.

A keynote speaker’s presentation can have a significant impact on your attendees   It can also have a significant impact on your budget!   Your production team is accountable for making sure that the keynote presentation is successful and that both your stakeholders and the keynote are happy with the results. 

A presenter walks on stage, the audience is eager to hear the message, but the speaker’s soft voice does not carry to the back of the room, leaving attendees disappointed and frustrated. 

Once you have signed a contract with your venue and your meeting dates approach, your Convention Services Manager will need to know additional information about your AV Production logistics.  TRG will take care of providing all this information to aid in a smooth and seamless event.

Daytime Sessions to Evening Extravaganzas

Your attendees have been sitting in the General Session room all day long listening to speakers present from the stage.  Of course, they were paying attention to the content (we hope) but they’re also letting their eyes wander around the room taking in the boring details of just about any hotel or convention center ballroom in North America.

After wrapping up a busy whirlwind 2018, TRG was able to stop, catch our breath and prepare for 2019.  TRG will be rolling into events in 2019 with a brand-new sound system, including this Yamaha 32-channel audio board, to support our client’s events!
